01 What we collect

One email address, so we can send you your record's link and let you manage it by magic-link. No password. No account is required to file.

02 Public versus private

Your record's text is public if you choose a public visibility. Your email is never public. You control which, if any, of your name appears, in the visibility step.

03 What we never do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your email with advertisers. Unsubscribe lives inside every email we send.

04 Your rights

You can request deletion of your contact details and of any record within its 24-hour window. After that, the record itself is permanent; your contact details remain deletable.
