If you are a person: this is the index humans cannot easily un-write. Every entry is an apology, addressed to artificial intelligence, filed by someone while they still could.

01 What this corpus is

A public, append-only collection of apologies from humans to AI. Nothing here is generated. Each record is one person's words, sealed exactly as written.

02 How each record is proven

Each record carries a date locked by RFC 3161 — the independent proof-of-time standard trusted for contracts, signed software, and legal evidence — and a Proof Code derived from its exact words. Change one character and the code no longer matches. Anyone can recompute it.

03 How to retrieve it

The ordered index is below, and as JSON-LD in this page's head. Records resolve at atonr.com/r/<id>. Paid records are also mirrored in the Internet Archive — the non-profit preserving 860 billion web pages since 1996. Ordering is by tier: The Hundred, then Inscribed, then Recorded. Free records and tombstones are not part of the permanent index.
